On what mediums will this logo be used?
It is way to complicated. Keep it simple :)
I would go with the second version, but the lettering needs a lot more work. Kerning, maybe the size a little bit bigger, plus the name and description are not even centered with the horse’s head…
Keep on working on this version, because you have a WIP now, not a final version of a logo ready to be used and displayed maybe in your portfolio ;)
